Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellations requested before shipment will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders

We proudly ship to customers around the world. Please review the following policies specific to international orders.

International Returns

  • International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sentia Jewels is not responsible for lost return packages.

Customs & Duties

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping costs.

International Cancellations

  • International orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an international order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

International Refund Processing

  • Refunds for international orders are processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund amounts may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates at the time of processing.
